商務禮儀的3A原則，是商務禮儀的立足資本，是美國學者布吉尼教授提出來的。3A原則實際上是強調在商務交往中處理人際關係最重要的需要註意的問題。
第一原則接受對方。告訴我們在商務交往中不能只見到物而忘掉人。強調人的重要性，要註意人際關係的處理，不然就會影響商務交往的效果。3A原則是講對交往對象尊重的三大途徑。第一接受對方，寬一待人，不要難為對方，讓對方難看，客人永遠是對的。比如在交談時有“三不准”：不要打斷別人；不要輕易的補充對方；不要隨意更正對方，因為事物的答案有時不止一個。一般而言，不是原則性的話，要儘量接受對方。
第二原則重視對方。欣賞對方。要看到對方的優點，不要專找對方的缺點，更不能當眾指正。重視對方的技巧：一是在人際交往中要善於使用尊稱，稱行政職務，技術職稱，凡尊稱；二是記住對方，比如接過名片要看，記不住時，千萬不可張冠李戴。
第三原則贊美對方。對交往對象應該給予的一種贊美和肯定，懂得欣賞別人的人實際上是在欣賞自己。贊美對方也有技巧：一是實事求是，不能太誇張，二是適應對方，要誇到點子上。
